Qualifications : LLB, University of Waikato.

Lyn is a highly qualified and experienced legal professional who joined Tompkins Wake in 2023 as a senior associate in our commercial property team. With over 15 years of experience, Lyn is well-versed in all aspects of property law, with a particular focus on complex property matters relating to titles and subdivision work for developers.

She has worked on a range of complex and high-profile property transactions, including property acquisitions, leasing and development projects. She has a comprehensive understanding of the legal requirements and regulations surrounding land subdivision and is able to provide strategic and practical advice to clients throughout the subdivision process.
