Qualifications : BA, LLB (Hons), University of Otago.
Katie joined Tompkins Wake in 2022 as an associate in our Family Law team. After being admitted to the bar in 2013, Katie worked for a senior Auckland barrister dealing with all areas of family law. She then went on to work for a reputable Auckland firm in their specialist family law team.
Katie has a particular focus on disputes relating to care of children and the division of relationship property. She also has broad experience in all other areas of family law including family violence, spousal maintenance, and PPPR Act matters.
