Bianka joined Tompkins Wake in 2019 as a solicitor and is a member of our environmental and resource management team, with a specialist focus and proficient skills in Reserves Act matters. Bianka was admitted to the Bar in 2017 and before joining Tompkins Wake, previously worked as an in-house Advisor for Auckland Council in its property and public land team.
Bianka is experienced in advising public and private sectors and has a thorough understanding of local authorities' role in governance and environmental law. Her experience has been gained through advising clients and public bodies in their interactions with plans and consent applications with a particular focus on public property.
