Vicki is an experienced specialist employment lawyer. Prior to joining the team at Tompkins Wake Vicki acted as a Member of the Employment Relations Authority, a position she held for more than 7 years.

She has over 20 years experience in Employment Relations including contract development, interpretation and negotiation, industrial disputes, and other employment related matters including health and safety and privacy.

Outside of the office Vicki enjoys coaching springboard and platform diving and spending time with her family.
