Philip was admitted in 2004, originally starting out at Tompkins Wake.  He has now returned from London where he worked as a Senior Associate for one of the world’s largest law firms. Philip joins our Commercial and Corporate team and his recent experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring businesses, corporate governance and banking and finance.

Philip’s interests outside of work include running, mountain biking and football.
