He graduated with a higher diploma in mechanical engineering from Liverpool John Moores University (UK) in 1993 and attained a Masters degree in project management from the University of Lancaster (UK) in 1996. He practised as a professional project manager for 15 years managing large capital projects in regional government, construction, power generation and rail industries. |
