The proposed Otorohanga District Plan was formally notified for public submission in December 2010. Hearings on those submissions are expected in early 2011.  Tompkins Wake has been appointed to advise Otorohanga District Council on all environmental and local government issues arising, and to assist Council in managing the project through the complexities of the RMA first schedule process, including resolving all appeals to the Environment Court.
